Body Safe

Body safe was run by Eliza, Lloyd and Laura and they came into our class every Monday and Tuesday for 4 weeks. In body safe learnt about safe sex and how to talk about sex or sexual stuff. It was difficult for me to talk to people because it was awkward. It was good how we talked because it wasn´t as awkward as I thought and that made me feel safe.

Net sports-Volleyball

I learned about the basic skills of volleyball. Set, spike and a dig. I improved by contributing more to my groups and doing the skills that I can. 

The attacking strategies that I know are, a spike, running up to gain speed and power on your hit.
The defence skills I know are, blocking the front of the net and covering space.

I need to work on running towards the ball when it´s headed for me and hitting the ball up.

Gymnastics

Trampoline:I didn't do much on the trampoline because we never got it, we only had one turn. The rotation was dumb. We started on the same thing every time and not where we left off. We started on the thick beam and the trampoline was the last rotation for us. So we never made it around fully and we never had it.

Vault:It was alright. I did some flips and just a standard jump over, also a jump without touching the thing. It wasn't bad. People kept getting confused at which station they were on, so our turns were getting stolen. It was the most enjoyable thing I did.

Beam:The beam was fine. I could go forwards and back across the beam. I did the dips. I couldn't do anything else because it was too hard.

Mini Tramp:The mini tramp turn kept on getting stolen as well. I couldn't land any flips because I didn't do it properly. I wasn't that fun. The only fun thing that happened was watching other people land flips.

Floor: We didn't do anything on the floor because the rotation never made it around.

I'm Antonio and I'm 13 years old,I am Indian and Maori .I like to watch YouTube, play games and have fun with my friends. My birthday is on February 24th, my favourite food is spaghetti bolognese and my favourite game is sleeping dogs. Friends and family is the most important thing to me in life and also food. Okay bye.
